Bay Area Workers Support (BAWS) is a Bay Area-based peer-led sex worker organization, working to provide resources and support to sex workers in the Bay Area most impacted by criminalization and harmful policies. They are led by and for sex workers with a focus on fostering the leadership of sex workers most impacted by oppression. Founded in the wake of SESTA/FOSTA, BAWS aims to reduce harm to people trading sex and increase the resources offered to their communities.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2019-2020) provided a two-year grant for a participatory action-based needs assessment of the East Bay sex trade.
