National Survivors Union's mission is to end the racist war on drugs, end the war on sex workers, end the war on underground economies, and end the war on poverty through organizing and mobilizing with meaningful engagement and changing the narrative about people who use and sell drugs and trade sex.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2018-2019 and 2021-2022) provided multi-year grants to support NSU's Sex Worker Organizing Group to further leadership development and to launch a federal administrative educational campaign on the needs of drug-using sex workers and survivors.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2023-2024) is providing a two-year grant to support skill share work, administrative campaign/advocacy work, their beginner organizer program, and restorative/healing justice and mutual aid.
