LIPS Florida (formerly known as LIPS Tampa) was established for the purpose of addressing the broad spectrum of needs of Central Florida-based trans sex workers whose communities are disproportionately impacted by unaddressed human rights abuses and systemic oppression rooted in anti-sex work, transphobia, harmful HIV laws, and racism.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2021-2022) provided a two-year grant to assist LIPS Florida in their work to meet the direct material and holistic needs of trans sex workers by providing safe sex supplies and affordable healthcare, harm reduction, education, and emergency housing options.
