Oakland Workers Fund is a grassroots mutual aid organization that supports, uplifts, aids, protects and empowers unemployed and displaced Oakland, CA food service workers, with priority given to queer, trans, and disabled BIPOC people who are migrants, unhoused, and undocumented. The fund was started (and currently led) by QTBIPOC volunteer organizers who were food service workers laid off from their jobs when the pandemic began.

The Mobilize Power Fund (September 2022) supported their virtual healing and advocacy circle for undocumented, immigrant and Spanish-speaking women, gender-nonconforming and queer and trans BIPOC who are currently unemployed, displaced, unhoused, and struggling food service workers in Oakland and the Bay Area.
