OLTT (Organización Latina Trans in Texas) is a trans Latinx-led community-based organization formed in Houston in 2015 with the mission of defending, protecting, and ensuring equal rights for trans people in Texas. OLTT accomplishes its mission by coordinating physical and virtual spaces where members of the community can access resources, housing assistance, legal services, and medical care not available to them through the state's healthcare and public assistance programs.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2020-2021) provided a two-year grant to support OLTT in addressing the survival needs and strategies of Latinx trans people in the sex trades by providing medical, mental health, legal and housing resources as well as leadership building opportunities to members of the community.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2022-2023) is providing a two-year grant to support OLTT in addressing the survival needs and strategies of Latinx trans people in the sex trades by providing medical, mental health, legal, and housing resources as well as leadership-building opportunities to members of the community. The grant will also shore up resources for the group's infrastructure and organizational development.
