SWOP-USA (Sex Workers Outreach Project-USA) is a national social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers and their communities, focusing on ending violence and stigma through education and advocacy. SWOP-USA is intentionally transitioning their leadership from a historically white, cis, and middle-to-high earning sex workers to a Board and staff made up of those most directly impacted by criminalization.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2019-2020) provided a two-year grant to pay stipends to six board positions for two years, and to pay for Board members and staff to participate in capacity building and leadership development offerings from the Management Center and Highlander Center so that Board and staff members most impacted by oppression have the non-profit training they need to thrive in these leadership positions.
