UTOPIA (also known as United Territories of Pacific Islanders Alliance), is a queer and trans people of color-led, grassroots organization born out of the struggles, challenges, strength, and resilience of the Pacific Islander LGBTQI community in South Seattle and South King County.

The Sex Worker Giving Circle (2018-2019 and 2020-2021) provided two-year grants to support building collective power and leadership centering the healing of trans Pacific Islander sex worker communities, in addition to later providing mutual aid to the community through COVID-19, and creating a policy agenda drawing from power stories.
