Our Team

Third Wave Fund is led by and for the constituencies we serve—because there can be nothing about us without us. We are a passionate staff of 18 existing across the diasporas of gender, ethnicity, ability, and location. Our staff members have deep roots and relationships to movement and organizing, and are passionate about redistributing our resources as thoroughly as possible.

Additionally, we have an Advisory Council of eight brilliant community members that provide our staff with strategic guidance on our path towards resourcing justice and liberation work.
