Quita (they/them) is a writer, organizational consultant, facilitator, and healing centered coach that specializes in sustainability and culture shift. They are now the founder and principal of iola strategies, a consulting firm that supports social justice leaders and organizations in embodying their radical truths in their strategies and work. They were politicized by the reproductive justice movement and have worked with several organizations  over the past decade, like Access Reproductive Care-Southeast, ACCESS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE, and SPARK Reproductive Justice Now. They are committed to building rigor and joy into their own life and into the fabric of the work they do for liberation.
